- Did you know that the Coloniards were tired of the British rule, like the imposition of unfair taxes and desire to create their own national government.
- They tried to implement the articles of confederation but the idea didn't succeed.

- Interesting, what else?
- It was organized by important thinkers of the period, such as Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson.
- I know that the farmers replaced the previous article and create a new set of laws called the US Constitution.
- They said, This first and official document will mark the beginning of the US government by having a base of rules for their society.
- Also the "Bill of rights" restricted the power of the government and gave it to the people.
- I never knew about that
- What happened with those 3 branches?
- By having 3 branches, the country prevented that one branch had more jurisdiction than the others.
- I know that in 1787, the constitution stated 3 branches of the government: Judicial, legislative and executive
- The US Constitution is the foundation of the modern government.
- It's what initiated everything what we have known about the US government today by introducing federalism and promoting equality.
