- She has a few organizational experiences. It was like became the treasurer atthe REMAKA, being one of the documentation committee at her church (REMAKA)
- And then. she served as chairman of the BDK organization of SMA Negeri 01 Batu.

- Despite all of that, she had some challenges when she joined to all those organizations. The challenge she felt at the organization was, there is so much miss communication which can result in chaos.

- Not just that, she has some of achievement that she got from just a child.

- Helena is a good child that really like to do service in her church and at school. Not just that, she really to exploring the talent she has by-participating in competitions. With all those experiences, she become a hard working girl who keep develop herself when it comes to study in school. With all of the challenges that may felt, she keeps trying to achieve her dreams.

- Being one of the committee members for theChristmas celebration activities for Catholic high school/vocational schoolstudents in Batu City
- champion in arithmetic when she was in kindergarten, she participated inpsalm competitions at the provincial and Malang levels, she joined marathon and athletic competitions in elementary school, and she got a runner up at WFL(Woman Futsal League) competition in 2023 for SMA Negeri 01 Batu.
