- Thanks for volunteering to help. Hopefully the audits help. Thanks as well for helping me check my attitude.

- I apologize for my outburst earlier. This is a new client and you have a new team and nothing great comes easy. What do you need from me? How can I help?
- Thank you Sir. Right now we are drowning in service tickets and the team is struggling with the new tracker. Even though we have daily meetings and I remind them constantly, they are having a hard time keeping track.
- I think I can help with that. I'll audit the tracker twice a week and assist the team with 15 minute 1:1's to help them keep everything up to date.
- That's a great idea! In the meantime I'll speak with the team in a closing meeting each day to see what they accomplished and what they need for the next day. Thank you for assisting!
