- An overly worked nurse at a hospital in Atlanta feels tired and sad, with no time to exercise or run.

- While using her phone on a random Wednesday afternoon, she gets a text from her best friend about downloading strava+ which is apparently super popular among nurses in Colorado.

- She is skeptical about downloading this new variant of Strava at first, but soon does it anyways. She watches videos of other nurses from similar backgrounds and from different parts of the country performing cardiovascular exercises like lunges (left) and brisk walking (right).

- She follows a simple exercise from the videos, especially from another nurse she can relate to. Her body pains and fatigue are reduced and she no longer feels shortness of breath.
- She feels more confident about performing cardiovascular exercises. She even starts jogging in the nearby park with some of her colleagues, occasionally posting about her exercise experience on the app.
- She posts her progress online and others on the platform appreciate her effort, giving her an incentive to continue exercising as well as inspiring others on the app.
