- Cellular respiriation is the process of cell catabolism in which cells turn food into usable energy in the form of ATP.
- Photosynthesis
- The main goal of cellular respiration is for the cells to provide enough power to live and repeat respiration. This occurs in the cytoplasm and the mitochondria that is in the found in all cells.
- Fermentation
- In Glycolysis, glucose is broken down into pyruvic acid by enzymes, this process takes place in the cytoplasm and chloroplast of cells. The end product of this is ATP, while the waste products are carbon dioxide and water.
- Photosynthesis
- Photosynthesis is the process in which plants and other organisms use light energy form the sun to convert carbon dioxide from the air and water from the soil into sugar to feed the plant and oxygen is given out in the process.
- Fermentation is the breaking down of sugar molecules into simpler compounds to produce substances that can be used in making chemical energy.Fermentation does not use oxygen making it anaerobic.
- The air we breath out is used by plants to make the carbohydrates we enjoy to eat and in the process the very same oxygen molecules are released . We need oxygen in order to survive, be healthy and to function.
