- Here stands King Shahryar and his one wife. however, on an unsuspecting day, King Shahryar discovered that his wife was having an affair with another man from another kingdom.
- King Shahryar was furious at this and therefore sentenced his wife to death. After her death, King Shahryar mourned.
- After King Shahryar had finished his mourning, he began to marry women of the kingdom at night, then kill them the next day.
- And thus. the King's advisor agreed.
- Don't worry, father, for I have a plan that will end the King's horrendous acts of violence.
- After numerous women being murdered, the King's advisor's daughter, Scheherazade, who was a very beautiful and smart young woman, came to her father and asked for the King's hand in marriage. The King's Advisor cried out with disbelief. But then, his daughter said...
- King Shahryar didn't mind having such a beautiful wife, but he thought it would be such a shame to have to kill such a beautiful lady. But it was set, Scheherazade was to marry King Shahryar that night. Little did he know, that Scheherazade had a trick up her sleeve that would put and end to his madness.
- Scheherazade and King Shahryar got married that night. It was a very lovely wedding. Everyone from the kingdom came to see the wedding, more to see who would be killed the next day. The guests were very confused when they saw the bride's expression, as she had a happy look on her face.
- This meant that King Shahryar couldn't kill Queen Scheherazade until after she told him the ending to the story. These stories continued for 1001 nights, thus preventing King Shahryar from killing any more women.
- That night, Queen Scheherazade told King Shahryar a story, but she didn't tell him the ending, telling him to wait until the next day and she would tell him the ending.
