In anaphase the chromosomes split and move to the opposite ends of the cell
But they don't move by themselves, they have help from fibers called spindles
At least the chromosomes aren’t lonely anymore....
And finally cytokinesis separates into 2 cells by splitting the cytoplasm......
In the last stage or in Telophase the chromosomes are on the opposite ends of the cell and new nuclei are starting to form to make 2 new cells
