I am unstoppable.
Rockefeller wanted to take over the entire oil industry, by the 1880s, 90 percent of the world's oil was Standard Oil. In 1882, Rockefeller made the Standard Oil Trust, which allowed him to manage all the Standard Oil in multiple states, some states had tried to stop him by making laws to have other oil competitors better, but he was too strong at this point. After 20 years his business was spilt up to prevent him from getting too powerful with the monopoly with unfair business practices.
