- He left schoolin 8th grade. He was Hispanic and he had speaked Spanish.
- His most famous quote was, "Once social change begins, it cannot be reversed. You cannot un-educate the person who has learned to read. You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride. You cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore."
- Him and his family moved to California to find work. In short years from moving place to place, he attended 35 different schools in total.
- Cesar Chavez
- Cesar Chavez got employed and worked at the Community Service Organization (CSO). He eventually quit his job to start a union of migrant farm workers. Cesar created the National Farm Workers Association.
- They would not buy any grape related products.
- He was influenced and inspired by MLK (Martin Luther King J.R.), and Gandhi.

- Cesar Chavez died in his sleep April 23, 1993. He will always be remembered in our hearts. “From the depth of need an despair, people can work together, can organize themselves to solve their own problems and fill their own needs with dignity and strength.”- Cesar Chavez
