- Find Peter
- Some church members were killed by Herod the king. He used a sword to kill James, John's brother; after realising that the Jews were pleased, he then went on to capture Peter.
- After seizing Peter, he put him in prison and gave four squads of guards in charge of looking over him with the aim of releasing him to the public after Passover. Peter was therefore held in jail.
- Wow
- But the church prayed to God on his behalf.. An angel of the Lord suddenly arrived, shining a light into Peter's cell. And his hands were freed from the handcuffs.
- Now I am confident that the Lord has sent his angel and saved me from Herod's hand and from all the Jewish people that were expecting.
- He stepped outside and followed him, not realising that what the angel had done was actual, believing instead that he was viewed a vision. They reached the iron gate leading into the city.
- After navigating the first and second guards. They left, passing through a one street , and then the Angel quickly left him. When Peter finally realised what had happened
- He declared, Now I am confident that the Lord has sent his angel and saved me from Herod's hand and from all the Jewish people that were expecting.
