I was so shocked to see a very little amount of people compared to Hong Kong. In fact, all of them were white and doingmanual work such as building and shop keeping. To sum it all up, it was a massive culture shock...

No one in my family had gone to university, so I was determined to pursue my dreams.Although I wanted to be a teacher at first, my husband told me to do my best and aim for a law degree

What's the answer to this question??

The University of Adelaide

I was the first Asian woman to graduate in law in South Australia. I had accomplished a lot but I still had more to go. Work was impossible to find and I had more than 200 job applications that were rejected.

I was not going to give up, even after my many rejections. I started my own practice which turned out successful as many refugees wanted migration and legal justice.

My husband suffered from a stroke, I took care of my husband for 5 years until he sadly passed away.

Now, I am happily setting in my home because I am very comfortable with a life in Australia. First coming here, I was very nervous and scared, but now I am happy with my passion of pandas.
