- People in ancient Mesopotamia would ask priests and priestess to talk to one of the many gods for something like rain for the persons crops. They had a polytheistic religion which means believing in multiple gods like hinduism today and islam and Judaism are monotheistic religions which is believing in one god. And the place where they worship and where the priests work is called a Ziggurat and it is for worship but also a place to store taxes from the middle class citizens.

- 1.Nobles and kings, they are respectable each the ruler of the city-state and the land owning families and any priests 'and priestesses' family are called nobles. Both of them live in 2 story houses next to the ziggurats.2.Middle class citizens, they are usually The middle class of Mesopotamia was made up of those that kept the city functioning daily. The merchants, craftsmen, artisans, fishermen, musicians, and others who were paid for their services are included in this group. 3. Slaves, slaves are prisoners of war or if a man owns debt to someone they can offer themselves or family members to work or complete chores for the person they own debt to for 3 years and on the 4th year they will be given back.

- And Mesopotamia means between two rivers in greek which is very clever as most of Mesopotamia is between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers which are 2 rivers.
- This is the geography of Mesopotamia and what is colored green is where the fertile part of it is which is next to the Euphrates and Tigris river which were used by farmers to water their crops.
