I turned on my

computer and tried searching about the

effects that are

happening to me and if anyone else feels like me

When I found about this word called

stigma I booked an appointment to a doctor so I can check whats happening to me

Hello doctor I want your help, I think I have been sick, I don't even like going out anymore, I am always

feeling weak, tired, dizzy and I think I will be feeling like this for a while. Each time I step out of the house I feel like I am under

pressure. I used to be one of the loudest person in the class to the quietist. Thank you.

Hello Josh, don't get too worried because we can fix it, it looks like you have

anxiety, you are not the only one with it, its the most common mental health

condition in Australia, in a year there are about 2.4 million Australians that

experience anxiety. It was very smart that you came and spoke to me because it very important to speak to someone when dealing with a mental health

condition, you can keep speaking to me but there are some specific

organisations that are

designed to support those with mental health conditions and they are better than just going to a doctor because they go in more details and help you more, there is Mental Health Foundation of Australia or Mind Australia these 2 are very great if you go to

them.

Some strategy that helped me have

a positive mental health.
