Yes that's true but there is also negative things to a Corporation its Expensive and complicated to start Corporation,it also requires a lot of your time so you wont have time to hangout with loved ones and you can get super over welmed and hard to manage
I was looking into Corporation and I think its for me its easy to raise capital,east to attract skilled labor,its also limited liability on the owners and founders.

Okay I think you were right Sole Proprietorship is the way I'm starting my business its super easy to start and like you said I'm my own boss and make my own decisions

Like what? That helps a lot I didn't think about stuff like that all the business are good options but I want to be the boss of my company and I will keep these disadvantages in mind and thank you for helping me through my decisions of what business I wanted to start you gave me really good advice
Well for starters you have unlimited Liabillity. it is also a lot harder to raise Financial capital.you being the owner of your business you are personally responsible for all loses and debts to raise financial capital but as long as you keep that in mind it would be a good way to start a business is on your own
