- AIRPORT ARRIVAL
- FLIGHT DELAY
- MISS CONNECTING FLIGHT
- Traveler has put a lot of effort into planning their travels and is at the airport ready to go. They have multiple flights ahead of them that they have coordinated in order to arrive at destination in a prompt fashion.
- DOWNLOAD APP
- The traveler boards plane and finds seat, but before they can take off, the plane turns around with engine issues. Traveler is now feeling anxious about making their connecting flight, and they are getting frustrated with the amount of time it’s taking to resolve issue. After 50 minutes, the flight takes off.
- SELECT ALTERNATE OPTION
- The traveler has now arrived to connecting airport with limited time to spare in order to make connecting flight. They run to try to make the flight but miss it. They now must find an alternate option to get to their final destination.
- ARRIVES AT DESTINATION
- At this point, traveler downloads the app to find alternate options in their rush to rebook. Traveler is provided with a sample itinerary option with “best” options (recommended by AI tech). Traveler can make adjustments based on priorities such as budget and/or time. Traveler would like to save time to get to the destination as fast and easy as possible.
- Traveler selects the best transportation option and is able to book a ticket within the app. The tickets are saved in their profile page to refer to when needed, and Traveler has a shiny new itinerary.
- BOARDING PASS
- Traveler has arrived at their final destination with minimal angst despite abrupt travel changes. They now refer to app to consider transport options for future plans/activities. They promptly save these options into their folder to refer to when they would like.
