- No more talk, Steve. You're going to talk us into a grave! You'd let whatever's out there walk right over us, wouldn't yuh? Well, some of us won't!
- Yeah, Charlie! You were so quick to kill!
- BANG!
- What is that?!
- It's Pete Van Horn! You killed him, Charlie, you shot him dead!
- How do we know you're not the monster, Charlie, the lights just went on in your house!
- No, it's her!
- You shot Pete and the lights went off in your house! You're the monster, Charlie!
- It's just a ham radio set, it's nothing!
- Really? Your wife's been doing some talking about how you spend hours working on some radio or something. Maybe YOU'RE talking to monsters!
- Tommy's the monster! He's the one who knew about it in the first place!
- Understand the procedure now? Just stop a few of their machines and radios and telephones and lawn mowers ...Throw them into darkness for a few hours , the sit back and watch the pattern.
- The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout.There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices - to be found only in the minds of men.
