  • PLANE CRASH:In this scene, Brian was going to visit his divorced dad, in Northern Canada by plane. But, halfway through the ride, the pilot has a heart-attack, and brian has to crash-land the plane in a lake. This scene is important to the overall story because it starts the story, and helps things fall in place.
  • Brian IS STACKED:After quite some time, Brian has a fish pond, can hunt birds, has a good shelter, can make and has a fire, has a place for food, and he has berries to eat. This scene is important because Brian is in a good state, and everything is good.
  • TORNADO!In this scene, , Brian is fast asleep when suddenly he hears a harsh wind. He then finds himself being slammed against his home, with all his things flying in the air. This scene is important because it gives the story a traumatic restart to all of Brian's effort.

  • SURVIVAL BAG IS FOUND:In this scene Brian swims out into the lake, and cuts open the plane he crashed by using his hatchet. He reaches in, and attempts to find the survival pack, until he does, and swims back to shore. This scene is important because now Brian has everything he needs to survive in a giant bag.
  • BRIAN FINDS EMERGENCY TRANSMITTER:In this scene Brian is searching through the survival bag, and finds the emergency transmitter. He flicks the switch, and then starts to make one of the microwave dinners that he found. This scene is important because without the emergency transmitter, Brian wouldn't get rescued. It is also important because now he has something to eat.
  • BRIAN IS RESCUED:In the final scene, Brian is found by a pilot who was mapping Cree trapping camps when he heard the emergency transmitter. When the pilot lands, Brian tells the man who he is, and offers some microwave dinners. This scene matters because Brian finally gets rescued, and doesn't have to spend the fall and winter months in the wilderness.
