- I want to be a Civil Engineer and build the tallest skyscraper in our country.
- I want to be the world's best Chef.
- But in an unfortunate fall from a tree, Shelly fractured her leg. Due to an infection, her leg had to be amputated.
- Now Shelly had to learn to walk using her new prosthetic leg.
- Now I'm good for nothing. I can never fulfil my dream to become a doctor and serve my people with this broken leg. I've become useless.

- However Shelly remembered the wise words of men like Walt Disney who once said that
- And she embarked on a journey to fulfil her dream, ignoring all that she considered her limitations.
- Dear friends, today I'm living my dream of serving my people as a doctor despite all my circumstances. Each of you has a dream too. Do not be discouraged in the face of adversity. In this world, there is only one person who can help you and prevent you from achieving your goal, and that's YOU.Do not give up; Keep dreaming; Work hard. YOU CAN!
