- Today jayden is planning to start a new strategy in her business. Jayden's position is the owner of this company. This company is a photography franchise in Raleigh NC. Jada came up with new ideas and strategies in the business. The strategy will be giving photography lessons to people who sign up online for the course.
- Here is Jayden having a meeting with his managers and employees, discussing the idea. So they decided to have this discussion on Friday at 9 am at the meeting room at the headquarters of the photography facility. Hence, every head of the management will meet there and give their ideas and share their experiences on this project.
- After a day, Jayden and his colleagues meet each other at the meeting room, in total of 5 people. After a moment, they started to discuss the idea Jada came up with. After discussing each colleague had a moment to state their opinions.
- One of the colleagues said there is no point in having lessons because even though people might show up doesn't mean they would want to put their time and energy into something they think they cant have a great career in.

- Both of their thoughts are totally opposite. One of them said that it would be a great idea but another said that it lacks a sense of security because it is really expensive. So they started to argue and have unpleasant communication. At this point, Jayden quieted everyone down. He came up with the suggestion of getting everyone to put their ideas on paper and vote out. After everyone listened to John's opinion, they accepted and put their thoughts on paper.
