Hey Alexia. You are probably practicing the incorrect technique. Let me teach you how to shoot like a netball pro girl!
Hey Sam! I keep missing my shots in the netball games I must be doing something wrong.

First. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and your knees Slightly bent.
Okay got it. No wabbly legs!

Step 2 Place your dominant hand under the ball holding the ball on your fingertips and your non-dominant hand to the side of the ball

Listen Alexia BECAUSE THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT. Always align your body with the pole AND KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE TARGET
With slightly bent knees. Hold the ball with your fingertips and not on the base of your palm, above your bead with the dominant hand bending at 90 degrees.
Extend your arms and follow through. remember your fingers should point to your target.
