Veggies No Way!
Storyboard Text
- Meet Rosalie, she despises vegetables and will do anything to avoid eating them. She lies to her parents and brother that she will eat them, which makes them happy. But one day her brother decides to follow her and discovers the truth about her dislike of Veggies. This lead to them taking her to a farm, where she saw a field of green and the sight of it made her realise what she had done wrong.
- As her dislike of vegetables grows, Rosalie will do anything to avoid eating them. But her parents have to repeatedly tell Rosalie “Please eat your vegetables” her mum says, “Vegetables are important for your health”, her dad says, and her brother said, “It is important to eat veggies as she is still growing”. To get her parents and brother off her back, she lies to her parents that she will eat them, which makes her parents and brother happy.
- They went out and found all the food that Rosalie had thrown out over the week. They said to her that “Rosalie you have lied to us about eating your vegetables and wasted a lot of food, go to the naughty corner now”. She was clearly upset and listened to her parents, to avoid further trouble.
- Rosalie had being feeling regrettable, that she had lied and wasted the food that her parents had made and brought for her to eat. She realised she was wrong and she had now to reflect on her actions.
- This made Rosalie realize the significance of where her food comes from and if she should at least give Veggies a try. As the sun goes down, her family had a little picnic. This was when she took her very first bite of the thing she detested most, and this was VEGETABLES.
