In the northern colonies, People's economical activity included fishing, whaling, and trading. Their geographical feature was a lot of really nice natural harbors, easy water access, and coastal plains. Their main religion was Christianity ( a variation of it ) . They governed themselves by signing the mayflower compact which is a social contract that everyone signed and agreed too.

In the middle colonies, their economic activities were farming, shipbuilding, and lumbering. Their way of government was representative government. The land in the middle colonies was coastal plains, coastlines, and forests. The religion and race was diverse in the middle colonies, there were Quakers, Jews, Catholics, Lutherans, and a few others.

The southern colonies economical activities were heavily based on agriculture, cotton, tobacco, and indigo. The religion was Anglican of most people. The geographical features were, flat lands, hot weather, long growing seasons. The southern colonies governed themselves by self government.
