- 11:00 am
- 11:45 am
- 12:00 pm
- The person, who we'll call Benjamin gets ready for work today. He got up at 9:30 this morning to get ready and now he is eating breakfast. For breakfast, he has bread and a potato. Sometimes he has meat. He packs some other food into a bag.
- 10:30 pm
- Then he walks to work with the bag in hand. Work starts at 12, and they don't provide food, so he has to bring his own. He knows he'll be there a while.
- 12:00 am-1:00 am
- Ben sits down at the machine and works for hours doing the same repetitive task over and over. His brown bag sits beside him on the floor in case he gets hungry.
- 1:15 am
- Hours later, it's around 10:30 pm. Close to 10 hours now. He's tired, wants to go home and has almost finished his food, but he still has one or two hours left to go.
- Finally, after another exhausting day, an extremely tired Benjamin stumbles home. He sees his house and gets the energy to walk a little faster.
- When he gets inside, the bed calls for him. It's very late at night, and he has to get up tomorrow for work again, but he'd rather not think about it. Instead, he passes out as soon as his head hits the pillow.
