- Good moorning Miss. Hanna this is Andres's father.
- I think my son has not had any problems with his classmates, usually at dinner we talk about our day, he always talks about his best friends and how much fun they have while playing. However, I have noticed a certain negative attitude regarding academic activities
- Andres is a very enthusiastic boy and gets along very well with his classmates, he is always willing to help. He is also kind to everyone and tries to follow instructions in class. I would like to know what his attitude and actions are like at home.

- I wanted to tell you about this situation and propose working together to help Andres. In the institution we have a learning support team that can help him to improve his performance. Additionally, teachers will monitor Andres' participation in and out of class.
- Andres has shown excellent performance, however the last two months he has shown a lack of concentration in class, and it is difficult for him to do his individual work which has greatly affected his grades.
- We really care about Andres and we don't want him to have any difficulties. We have teachers who are very willing to help him, he will have the opportunity to work with a designated teacher during the last hour of class to check and confirm that he understands what we are doing in class.
- Should my child stay longer at school? How does this support work?
