Did you know that in the story "Merchant of Venice" when Portia, disguised as Balthazar, succeeds in court while taking on a traditionally male role, it symbolises the triumph of inclusivity over exclusion. It highlights how, when only dominant voices are heard, policies can reflect power imbalances and fail to address key needs, resulting in alack of fairness.
- Yes, I also know that when Portia takes on a traditionally male role and succeeds in the case against Shylock it symbolises the triumph of inclusivity over exclusion. It shows that competency is not limited to one gender and that fairness can in organisational desicions can only be achieved when all genders are given equal opportunities to contribute.
