- My dad lived in a small village in India. He wanted to be a doctor so grandad sold a cow so that My dad could go to the city to attempt to get a scholarship.
- One day when in the city my dad forgot to lock the door and he got robbed. He had nothing and was forced to come back to the village and decided to be an engineer because it was more affordable.
- I wanted to be a docter too that is when my dad decided to move to Canada to give us better opportunities he did not want us to give up like he did.
- Of course I was excited to go somewhere new but I did leave some stuff behind. My dad’s brother had 3 dogs, he was living in the village,preaching there. Weused to go to the village during holidays. Me and my sister used to play with the dogs.
- One of the difficulties I faced after coming to Canada was the cold in my home country; it would never go below 10 degrees (impossible). It was a big change Once me and my mom went outside when it was raining with gloves that are not waterproof. The gloves got wet and our hands were freezing but I adapted and learned to wear proper clothing.
- Other than that everything was going pretty well until covid hit, it was the worst possible time because we just moved everything was now online. It was mentally stressfuland it made finding a job hard too but luckily my mom and dad found a job and we settled. I travelled around the globe to make my dream happen, Try everything you can to make your dream happen.
