- We should get a bank, it will help our government a lot.
- The only reason to why you want a bank is because it would help the Northern states because they didn't pay their debts, but us southerns paid our debts already so it will be a negative for us so why would we get it?
- No, that's not the point. In order to have a perfect government we need a national bank
- Well why shouldn't the North pay debts first? You want everything to be useful for the Northern states, even the capital.
- Yeah why do you want everything for the North? why do you not care about the South?
- That's not true, the National bank would help our whole Nation together.
- What you said is not true because since we already paid our debts, it will only help you.
- Alright fine, let's make a compromise
- What will you give us for the bank?
- you give us the bank, and we give you pick the nation's capital location.
- Alright, compromise accepted.
