  • Hey guys. Dr. Stanley here. Today, we're going to discuss about how unhealthy foods affect our bodies. So, the first type of unhealthy food we will talk about is sweets. Let's get deeper into how this type of food is unhealthy.

  • So guys. Have you heard that there are multiple diseases from eating sweets? Well, here are some examples. Heart attack, stroke, rise of blood pressure, etc. These diseases can cause you to get old quicker from eating them. Examples of sweets are ice cream, cookies, donut, chocolate, cakes, pies, and etc.

  • Now we move onto processed foods, one of the most popular unhealthy types of food. For this type of food, they are usually highly processed using oil. Those foods have added substances like flavors, salt, sugar, fat, and preservatives. Examples of those foods include French Fries, Pizza, Potato Chips, etc. The more processed foods you eat, the higher the cholesterol will build up in the blood pressure. This can also lead to heart attack, stroke, weight gain, etc.
