- Sam did this, "I surrendered to the wave, to the fire, I pick up a brick from the sidewalk and flung it through the store window, then I rushed at the building, The heat dug in my chest, it overpowered everything else, the confusion, the pain, the questions. I let the fire take over. I kick the door until it caved in. I didn't know why. because i was there, Because it feels less bad. because it felt less bad that doing nothing" (Magoon 97).
