A year after the African civil war, Jonathan Iwegbu digs up his old bicycle and puts it to use as a taxi service to support his family.

Sometime later Jonathan find himself at his previous home left torn by the war. He hired a carpenter to make a few repairs and moved his family back in.
Police-o! Thieves-o! Neighbors-o! We are lost! We are dead! Wake up! Police-o!

One day Jonathan stumbled across rebel money that could be handed over for a reward. After waiting for a copious amount of time he was finally gifted egg-rasher or his reward.
What is egg-rasher? Did I depend on it last week? Or is it greater than other things that went with the war? I say let egg-rasher perish in the flames! Let it go where everything else has gone
Later that night as Jonathan and his family were asleep. They would be awakened by thieves knocking at the door asking to be let in.
The thief leader makes threats of escalating the situation by calling soldiers. After hearing the voices of many other thieves, the Iwegbu family is terrified and they scream for the help of nearby citizens.
As the sun rose Jonathan's neighbors came to sympathize with him. But he demonstrated that the lost occurred is very less to the lost he experienced in the war.
