- I heard our Boss wont be giving bonuses this year. The HR also talked about budget cuts for promotions and raises. Not sure if it’s final, but it sounded serious.

- Well, I just thought people deserved to know if changes are coming. They work hard and should be aware if management is planning something unfair.

- This is exactly why confidentiality is so important. Look at what this rumor has caused—panic and unnecessary stress for everyone. We need to be more responsible. If something isn’t officially announced, it shouldn’t be shared.
- I understand everyone is worried, but these discussions are still ongoing. Nothing has been finalized yet, and jumping to conclusions only creates confusion and unnecessary stress. When a decision is made, you will hear it officially.
