Zeus gathers together some of the Kings and Queens and thinks of a plan to pay back Prometheus for stealing his crown. He is going to give him a beautiful wife but each of them will give her a gift in a box which holds something evil inside.
HOPE
Zeus presents Pandora to Prometheus' brother, Epimetheus, to be his wife. She has a box of gifts from each one of the kings and queens that she is told to never open. Epimetheus gladly accepts the gift.
Pandora's curiosity got the better of her and she decided to open the box at night when Epimetheus was sleeping. All the hardships that the gods had hidden in the box came out and were now evident in the world.
Pandora closed the box as fast as she could, leaving only hope remaining. Zeus knew she would do this and purposely wanted to keep hope locked in the box. He wanted the humans to suffer as much as they could just because Prometheus stole Zeus' crown.
