- Are you excited to be heading back to college? How do you feel?
- To be honest, a little stressed. It's been so long since I've been in a classroom and I'm feeling quite overwhelmed! Not sure how I'll be able to manage! I'm really nervous.
- It's been 2 weeks and I'm finding it hard to keep it together. Everything feels so new. I fear I'll miss assignment deadlines and I'm not sure how I'll be able to get a good score. What if I fail?!? What if I can't do this??!
- Breathe! We'll figure this out. I think you just need a moment to gather your thoughts and talk through what you're feeling. Maybe we consider getting some help from outside?
- Hmmm, I remember reading something about wellness resources that I have access to. Maybe I should look into that?

- Thanks for your time Hayden! Glad I set this time up. I did not know that Durham students would get a bonus 1.15 weightage added to their overall score when applying to other courses at DH. Happy to know that if I do well in my exams I stand a good shot of getting into Dental Hygiene at DC.
