- You will need to be very flexible when it comes to working here because you may have to work unexpectedly, but the normal hours are everyday of the week, except Sunday from 9-5.
- Oh, that's perfect! Another question I had was, what am I expected to do for this or what are you expecting from me as I come into work?
- Good afternoon, you are write on time. Are you ready for your interview?
- While on the job you are expected to work at all times. This place is usually very busy, so there will always be people who need help. You are to know exactly what you need to do that day before walking into the building, and you are also expected to always have work done. If I ask you for a task that was supposed to be done, like what are your ideas for the new sales and profits, I am expecting to get a full right away answer.
- Alright. I have one more very important question. What are your goals towards how you want your employees to work on the job.
- I want my employees to be very organized and put in 100% effort in all that they do. I also want them to be on top of their work at all times and be involved when working together to better the company.
- I will definitely keep those tips in mind, but those were all the question and concerns I had. Thank you so much for having me here today.
