  • Anxiety to participate in PE class
  • Jessica why are you not dressed and in the gym for class? Is everything ok?
  • I feel sick to my stomach and my heart is racing. I know that everyone is going to make fun of me because I am not very good at anything we do in class. I also don't like how I look in my PE uniform.
  • Listening to Advice
  • You alwyas look great and are always giving it your best. I didn't realize you were feeling this way. I am here for you to talk or you can always go see the guidance counselor.
  • I have been too scared to talk to anyone about this. It gets harder every day to come to this class. or even school.

  • It is so good to see you! I am so happy you came to class and you are prepared to participate. How are you feeling?
  • Thank you so much for asking me. And for talking to me the other day. I took your advice and met with my counselor. I feel so much better. She really made me think about things.
