- Oh no. I got a C- on a test. I really thought with all of my studying I'd get a higher grade. My parents are going to be mad.
- I got an A. If you want I could switch my test with yours. You could put your name on it and pretend it's yours.
- I could also not say anything about the test and pretend it didn't happen. My parents didn't know there was a test, but that might be lying too...
- I could also just tell them the truth, because if they found out I was lying I'd be in even more trouble. But, they would be disappointed in me.
- Hmm... It would make my parents proud if I got an A, but I didn't. That would be lying to my parents, but what harm could a small little lie do?
- Telling the truth to my parents is what is most important to me. If I lie, I'll get in trouble, and betraying trust is not something I ever want to be a part of.
- Determine Decision
- Being truthful to my parents is what's most important to me. I don't want to get in trouble, so I don't need  your test, but thanks anyway.

- I told my parents the truth, and they were a little disappointed that I got a C, but they were proud that I told them the truth and that I tried my best on the test.
