- Forrest Gump Jr, inspired by his father to become an entrepreneur, pursued his education in technology before moving to Silicon Valley in California after an unprecedented surge in the enterprising activity made the it a hub for technological advancements. Forrest was able to capitalize on the increase of venture capital investment, making many innovations to computers, cellular devices and while working with individuals such as Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. - No Child Left Behind
- 3 years after his service, Forrest decides that him and his son Forrest Jr. need some father son-time. He decides that the best way to accomplish this is to take a cross-country road trip. On their way, they pass through Texas and drive past a huge ranch with a bunch of police cars surrounding it. The police are throuwing smoke bombs into the house, but Forrest decides that it is an unsafe environment for his son and they speed away.

- The year is 1992 and Forrest Jr is 15. His teacher suggest to his father that he start looking at colleges early because of his son's high intelligence. Forrest Jr's dream school is UCLA. After touring the school, Gump and Gump Jr encounter road blocks. These road blocks are people. They are everywhere. In the streets and on the sidewalks people are chanting and yelling. Soon, people start fires and chaos ensues. Forrest and Forrest Jr run away back to their hotel to hide.

- One day in 2001, Forrest is watching the news and he hears about a new act that the President signed called the No Child Left Behind Act. He is inspired to build a special school for students like himself who struggled in school and didn't have the same opportunities as others. As a thank you, President George W. Bush visits him at the school and gives him a check to support the school.
- In 2007 the first woman is elected as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Forrest Jr has also been elected to the House of Representatives. He is frinds with the new Speaker Nancy Pelosi and tells her about his amazing father and his life. Nancy akss to meet him and Forrest happily oblidges. She takes him on a tour of Washington D.C. and they take a picture together in front of the white house.
- On his flight back to Alabama, Forrest meets Britney Spears who is on her way to shoot a music video in Alabama. Forrest tells her the story of his life.
