- General Macarthur was lounging on a chair near the beach. The gong for lunch rings and he is not there. Armstrong looks for him and finds him dead. Hit on the back of the head with a heavy object.
- I need to tell the others! This means that Mrs. Roger's and Marston's deaths aren't coincidence and there is a killer on this island!
- The next morning, none of the guests can find Mr. Rogers. They all search for him together and find that he was in the shed and was impaled in the back of the head with an axe
- My goodness he's dead!
- He was chopping wood and was impaled with an axe.
- Seven guests arrive at an island together. Their names are, (from left to right) Phillip Lombard, Anthony Marston, Henry William Blore, General Macarthur, Vera Claythorne, Lawrence Wargrave, and Emily Brent. Dr. Armstrong arrives later. They are greeted by two servants, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers. and are taken there by a man named Fred Narracott. Their Host is not at the island and no guests except for Wargrave and Armstrong have any association with each other.

- Hello!
- The guests arranged a meeting in the drawing room. All of them arrive except Emily Brent. A few guests go to search for her and find her in the dining room injected with potassium cyanide. The syringe was later found out the window.
- My god! she's dead!
- It seems to be the same poison used on Marston. But it was injected. I can't find my syringe either, the murderer must've taken it.
- (Vera screams) Help! Help!
- Vera screams for help thinking she's the next victim of the killer. Lombard Armstrong and Blore rush up the stairs to help, but Wargrave is left behind. Shot in the head.
