- Bella is with her only friend Ben (who she has been friends with since they we 18) but its not a very nice relationship for her as he always teases and makes fun of her and her beliefs.

- But he's not helping your mental wellbeing. all he's doing is hurting you. you need to let go. Here's an idea...go to a food place and tell him that you are going to take a permeant break as friends. Then I'll sit at a table a little way from you just in case.

- After talking with her mum Bella feels a lot better and her mental and spiritual wellbeing is getting a bit better

- After Bella got out of her abusive relationship she felt so much happier and free. She didn't feel like she was being constantly looked down upon.
