- Rapid industrialization and increased population cause the global temperature to rise at a rate that our polar ice masses cannot cancel the effects.Instead, these activities influence all forms of snow deposits, causing them to melt faster than ever. If you take a look out on the water, I bet there's more ice masses floating around than you'd think.

- Reducing the carbon footprint per person is a great way to lessen the impact of climate change on our precious habitat.An increased population has a big influence on releasing large quantities of CO2 into the atmosphere, making our situation worse.
- Humans can help out very easily to reduce their carbon footprint. Some ways include : reducing dairy and meat consumption, not using single use plastic, and being more efficient with electricity.
