- There once was a city consisting of 3 super heroes, Federal Powers Man, Concurrent Powers Woman, and State Powers Man
- Federal Powers Man was in charge of maintaining order in the greater metropolitan area. He managed foreign policy and resolved conflicts through treaties . Due to his extra power known as the Supremacy Clause no argument created by State powers man could triumph Federal Powers Man even during diplomatic affairs
- Let's solve this through a treaty
- State Powers Man had the ability to regulate schools within the smaller district states of the city. State Powers Man had the ability to modify schools system and other rules based on the status quo that were deemed Necassary and Proper
- School uniforms are implemented and Free and Reduced Lunch will be made available to all
- One day, a mysterious man committed a crime and the superheroes were puzzled because they didn't know how to handle the situation
- I stole fruit !
- That was until the problem was solved by Concurrent Powers Woman ! She has the power to handle shared powers of Federal Powers Man and State Powers Man
- I got this !
- I will take care of everything ! This power is shared and belongs to me. You will and can be charged by different levels of authority
- Concurrent Powers Woman not only had the ability to punish law breakers . All was well once again in the city
