Storyboard Text

  • The man was a zombie when we killed him. We're an adventuring party, there's going to be a certain amount of death.
  • You all have just killed an innocent man. You are to be hange-
  • I think our trial's over.
  • Ah, the man was infected with shadow. Somebody must've opened up a portal to Shadowfell, a raggedy one
  • Why not use the obvious portal?!
  • Guess who's back!
  • We need to get out of here!
  • No, my eye!
  • No, just one extra portal stone will throw off all of the equations!
  • What happened to the others who went through the portal?
  • I think that's them.
  • The portal was unstable. The explosion you all had made you get through fully. The others, not so much. The only way to restore them is to use the Guide of Gates. Get that, and I'll return you all.home.
  • After killing a zombie that turned back into a normal person, the adventuring party which consists of (front row, left to right) Tisha Swornheart, Adric Fell, Bree Three-hands, Khal Khalundurrin, and Varis, are brought to a trial. They are about to be sentenced to death when the same thing that possessed the ex-zombie possesses the people holding the trial. They then realize that they need to find the portal if they want to make it out alive.
  • AAAAHHH!
  • I have the Guide of Gates.
  • That turned out better than expected.
  • After finding the dungeon where the portal was with the help of a flaming skull who's supposed to be protecting the dungeon and finding an extra portal stone, the party fights the cyclopses and blows up the dungeon to destroy the portal. They find N'ehlia and other elves who are being held in the dungeon. Then, to get out of the exploding dungeon, they place down their portal stone in order not to go to Shadowfell and head through the portal even though N'ehlia advises against it.
  • Here is the Guide of Gates. I'm going to give it to the rightful owner now. Here you go, N'ehlia.
  • NOOOOOO! MY PLAN!
  • How'd you figure it out?
  • After going through the portal, the party lands in the Feywild. There they help a gnome and in exchange get tied up. Then, a wild beast attacks the gnomes and Adric's girlfriend's father, who happens to be extremely powerful and hates him, shows up. He takes them back to his home and gives them a quest for an object that would restore N'ehlia and the other rescued elves who were turned into ghost-like creatures in exchange for them to get back home.
  • I wish that we got paid for all of this, we're an adventuring party after all.
  • Our payment, is our heads being still attached to our shoulders.
  • Speak for yourselves, I got a sack of coins from our new fae friend. First round's on me.
  • I got another letter from my love! Only 150 pages this time though, something might be wrong.
  • The party enters a city and makes a bargain with the lord. They pretended to give information about fake thieves, while Bree stole the artifact with some help from Adric, Varis, and Khal. Tisha was talking to the blind wizard who was in charge of the research about the Guide of Gates. Until the people they were talking to became suspicious of them. Then they used the trees that they'd made friends with to take out the Lord they were stealing from and his guards while Bree was still hiding with the Guide of Gates.
  • When they get back to the castle, Adric figures out that N'ehlia is actually an elven lord and is the rightful owner of the Guide of Gates. He tosses the Guide of Gates to N'ehlia, which fixes the trapped elves. N'ehlia then returns everybody back home.
  • They return to a tavern, in which they discuss their quest. They are sad because they didn't get paid, but Bree reveals that she stole a money pouch off of the Lord. Khal get's another letter from his girlfriend, but it's pretty short. And that gives us the end of Dungeons and Dragons, Fell's Five
