- So many things went wrong with the Articles of Confederation, nothing can be done to fix it. The new constitution addresses all these problems and so much more! It creates a better balance of power between the federal government and individual states.
- Mr. Federalist, what is one reason that you support the new constitution?
- Anti-federalists argue that we need more representation of the middle and lower classes, but I strongly believe that they don't deserve to represent us in Congress. Does it make sense to let a country be ruled by a mob of uneducated, poor people that know nothing about politics? I don't think so.
- A proper government should be run by the wisest and most experienced politicians, like me! And that's exactly what the new constitution does.
