The Asian elephant is found across 13 countries in South, Southeast and East Asia. Next I will tell you the characteristics of our habitat our habitat is very dry and there is lots of sand but we have a good supply of water and to cool down we use mud and put in on our body we also travel in groups. The elephant's tusks are modified teeth that help them tear the tree's bark for food. Their large ears help them pick up even soft sounds to be beware of danger. The large size of the ear also helps them stay cool in the humid climate of the rainforests.
