- This means that they are getting beat up by police officer and harassed by others in pursuit of true Freedom.

- They will never be satisfied until they are treated as equals.
- "Little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers."
- This means that even their children were being segregated, and discriminated.

- This means that Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves, but he didn't truly free them.
- He said this because he is trying to say that we are stronger together then apart.
