I start preparing different forms of learning for the class, I seek a balance between the satisfaction of my students and their education with a lot of dedication days before the class.
I know and greet my students, the adults of the future whom I will be educating. Making them comfortable talking to me about what they need is important. Hello Francisco!
In class, I try to create independence in my students, that they can solve problems and that their performance is the best to know their potential.
Although this is my calling, there are always ups and downs. I do not regret being a teacher, difficult times go by and being able to control them is the leadership that an educator requires.
I like to work with children and young people, I love to form their minds. Although there are problems I will always love being a teacher and this experience to learn. I think while I go home to do other tasks not related to my work.
When I get home I finish with other responsibilities that I have as a person and not as a teacher, I try to give a space to my needs as a person even though I love my job.
