  • Effects of the French and Indian war
  • Due to the cost of war, the British had to move to different locations. Due to this the St. Mary's River was expanded to the south.
  • We want to take over some parts of Canada. It'll only be a while.

  • What are you red coats doing here?
  • The Proclamation of 1763 was signed by King George the III to stabilize relations with the British and Americans. The colonists were mad at this, and decided to settle West anyways.

  • Wait... What?! That makes no sense!
  • The battle of Kettle Creek involved the British and the Americans. Although the British fought hard, the Americans were the ones who came out on top. This battle was led by an American Colonel Elijah Clarke and Colonel Austin Dabney. They led the Americans to victory after out numbering the British.
  • Sir, you can't settle here. You're gonna have to settle more East.
  • What?! I have to pay for my newspapers now? This is an outrage!
  • In order to get more money, the British colony decided to tax everything the Americans did. The things that were taxed were Newspapers, licenses and legal documents. Colonial leaders made speeches and were violent to these rules.

  • In order for America to get its own rights, they signed the Declaration of Independence for equal rights. The people who signed were Button Gwinnett, Lyman Hall and George Walton. Primary author is Thomas Jefferson. The Preamble i about all men created equal, grievances is about imposing taxes without consent and quartering bodies of troops.

  • The patriots lost the battle, losing 800 soliders while the British only lost 18.
  • The patriots wanted to take back Savannah so they could be Independent again so they ended up having a battle. Ecxept the Patriots lost.
