  • The Next Morning...
  • It was an accident, that's what it was. An accident.
  • Discussion
  • Jack's dictatorship
  • The next morning, Ralph and Piggy woke up and found out that they are alone with only the twins, Sam and Eric, and some littluns. Piggy refused to accept the fact that they were involved into the murder of Simon in any way. All the other boys joined Jack's tribe since he provided food.
  • Jack's evil plan
  • No! How could we kill it?. So leave the mountain alone and give it the head if you gohunting.
  • Piggy asked Ralph if he could hide from Samneric that they were involved in Simon's murder. Then Samneric return to the beach, where he and other boys presented Ralph and Piggy a log they have dragged out of the forest saying that they couldn't keep on going because they were too tired.
  • The Follow through
  • Jack started acting even more like a cruel dictator to his own tribe members. He had tied up and beaten one of the boys (Wilfred), because he got angry.
  • Morning Mystery
  • I know. They didn't come for the conch. They came for something else. Ralph--whatam I going to do?
  • Jack planed an attack on Ralph's camp with a few of his guys, because he wanted to get fire for another pig roast. He tried to convince the boys that hadn't killed the pig last night, but just brutally attacked what came out of the woods, which ended up being Simon. Jack claimed that the beast came to them in disguise.
  • The boys at Ralph's camp fell asleep and they lost interest in the signal fire since they had little man power with a lack of numbers. Suddenly they are awakened by howling and screaming as they were getting attacked by a group of Jack’s hunters. Ralph and Samneric fought back against the group of hunters.
  • Piggy was wondering why they attacked them. He realized that because the boys failed to steal their fire, they stole Piggy's glasses so they could create it with them.
