- Little did he know I was awake and waiting for him, I followed him to these wide open plains that he regulars in.
- My brother Bartholomew has tried sneaking it out on me again today.
- I laid there waiting for someone to try and hurt my Bartholomew, waiting patiently for what felt like hours. This person that was twitching around like an insane person approached my brother and my eyes locked onto the strange man like a bird swooping to catch a rat.
- This time there were other people present so I quickly dove into the grass and trees like a fish squirming back into water.
- Bartholomew was smart and ushered him away, for once my brother didn’t freeze up like a fool. The man then went and started talking to the other person present and the two began to footrace.
- In the few seconds I looked away Bartholomew snuck up behind me and gave me one good scare, I jumped up like a cat being chased by a dog. I scolded Bartholomew but it was a good laugh and we made the walk home not too long after. I question what would’ve happened if events played out differently, I more or less would’ve had to save this foolish man i call my brother again.
