some people in the Neolithic Age were gatherers. They found edible plants from trees and bushes and supplied them to eat. Although, it would be a bit tricky. not all fruit or vegetables on trees were edible. Bad food can lead to illnesses.
First, lets talk about HOW they got that food in the first place.

But over time, the animals they hunted started to die out. this forced them to resort to new ways to find food. Fortunately, they discovered farming, and this helped them with hunger and didn't damage the animal population.
Some people were hunters. they hunted down animals with their tools that they created, and provided them for meals to maintain a steady food supply.
